Training for Industry by Industry

About EMC Academy

Our purpose:  to co-ordinate and offer EMC Training courses at affordable prices (full day fee under £200)in locations to suit market demands, primarily for electronics design & test engineers who want to learn more and improve their EMC skills.   The Academy is a not for profit Division of Nutwood UK Limited.

Nutwood, Secretariat to EMCIA and Publishers of The EMC Journal, will act as the motivating catalyst providing Marketing Communications, Administration and Financial control.  They will have no influence over technical content.   More...

Technical course titles, subjects and syllabuses will be determined by a Technical Panel of recognised and respected EMC experts, who will deliver courses to an agreed schedule for an agreed fee and expenses.  A nucleus of experts has already agreed to participate.  Others will also be invited.

Courses will run from basic EMC Fundamentals to Advance levels in both the Commercial and Military arenas.  Venues could be Hotels, Company Premises, alongside Exhibitions etc., as market demands.

Whilst this is effectively a virtual operation, in that there will not be a permanent location for courses, this should be seen as an advantage as training courses can be held anywhere in the UK to suit demand.
